Default Flywheel bots, are they TTY or reusable?

In middle of swapping out clutch, thought my kit would come with new bolts. Can I reuse the stock flywheel bolts>?

Assuming we are talking about an LS1, flywheel bolts are NOT TTY and they are reusable. Apply threadlock to threads. They should be tightened in a 3-step sequence to 20, 50, 100 N-m. Reference 2002 Camaro Service Manual page 6-437 New bolts are a good idea but not manditory.
