Question Valvetrain noise/dyno help!

I took my car to get tuned this weekend.

My results were decent, but I ran into some problems:

The valvetrain noise is extremely loud...excessively lound. The car pulls hard until 6000rpm, then the power curve levels off from 6000+. What do you think is the problem? Rocker arms not put on properly? Wrong length pushrods? Bad springs?

I would like some feedback of some things to try. Hopefully I can get this worked out.

How did you set up the valve train? Did you verify geometry and pushrod length to get the correct preload?
