I modified my own. Basically just took 1" out of the old tube using a tubing cutter and added to the middle of the F-body piece. You'll also have to add a little bracket to move the attachment point 1" further forward. Make sure it doesn't leak.

Many have, What is critical about mod'in the oil pickup and tube is that the Pickup be the correct height from the bottom of the pan and leve (1/2" ?)l..
And to keep from having oil pressure problem, the o-ring connectorl and flange must sit flush in the pump housing.. else you will have problems. Check out the BRP Oil girdle, it will help seat the flange and o-ring..
