which 6.0?
lq4/lq9
the ms3/4 will feel sluggish with a lq4 engine since the scr is under 10:1 even with .015 mill

Default motor

most likely its the LQ-4 truck motor. Can I mill the heads down some more to get the comp up or what about a set of 5.3 heads???

5.3 flow less, than 6.0 so u would sacrifice flow for scr.
also 5.3 have way smaller intake valves.
better off going with a gt11 cam and .030 mill for heads with .050 compressd gasket for more scr
if really need to use ms3/4 cam then a set of milled 243 will be better choice.
for more than 10.5:1 scr.
anything more than .030 mill may cause intake manifold to heads alignment issues.
