68 C20 maybe LS 5.3 I just bought a 68 C20 camper special thats all original. I had to pull the engine today to fix an exhauast leak. Broke 5 of 6 studs at manifold exit. the last breaking the manifold also. One bolt to head broke off also, but wouldn't let me pull manifold from head even with pry bar. Hence having to pull engine. Couldn't get drill into tight space behind AC to drill stud out. Anyways, thinking about putting 5.3 into this also, since my 96 S10 Blazer runs so nice with an extra liter. Here's some pics. The engine ran and drove after sitting for 12 years. Just drained all old gas, changed oil, Marvel Mystery oil in cylinders overnight and dumped some gas down carb. 2 of wheel brakes were locked up, but thats fixed now.
