LS4 Performance - On-Star Making Calls On Its Own

Out of the blue a couple weeks back I'm driving down the road :drive: when the stereo mutes and I start to hear a call trying to connect (ringing). The DIC says "CALL", but there is no number listed. After ringing 4 or 5 times, the On-Star lady comes on and says, "Personal call ended." Then everything returns to normal. This happened again last night while the stereo was off. I know FOR SURE that I'm not hitting mute or any other buttons that would cause it to dial. Weather was warm and dry. I've used On-Star to make only a few calls in the 2.5 years I've had the car. Any ideas?

Mine has done that before in the SS and the Silverado.

I had the same issue. my wiring loom that went from the rear view mirror up into the healiner was bad. Every time I adjusted my mirror, the onstar would dial out. I hope that helps...

Mine did that the other day while my wife was driving the car, and i just thought she was going nutz... Guess not. lol.
