wat would all have to be done to make it bolt up and is it worth it?

you could not do it where are you going to attach the torque arm? there are no holes on a 1st gen rearend for a tq arm

Not gonna happen. If you have a complete rearend though you could buy a housing and axle package and transfer the guts over to the new housing which will bolt in to you car.
