I just answered a question in a pm regarding the crank pulley size differences between the 6 rib and 8 rib kits, so I thought I'd mention it here.
The 6 rib kit uses a 6.0" diameter crank pulley, while the 8 rib kit uses a larger 7.65" crank pulley. What this means is that you end up using a larger head unit pulley (better belt wrap) to make the same amount of boost with the 8 rib kit as you have on the 6 rib kit. The 8 rib kit also allows you to crank up the boost without having belt slippage due to the larger crank pulley and the wider blower belt. Bob
