Default E brake problem

so my ebrake hasnt been holding the best for quite some time and to even get it to hold a decent amount at all I have to pull the lever all the way back. So today while doing my oil I crawled towards the back to check it out...a few things I noticed was that there are two places where the cable snaps into the bottom of the car...one spot where the front cable goes through and a wider clip where both of the rear cables go through...well both of those clips are bent horribly and the metal clip on the cable is actually rubbing against the cable itself...i also noticed back near where my driveshaft ends there is some big rubber/foam tubing around the cable and that has some of it taken out due to the driveshaft hitting it during bumps i guess....so what would be the best way to fix this?

Default

well here are the pictures I got...with the ls1 driveshaft, chassis mounted torque arm and duals its hard to get a good pic

heres the front cable...you can see how the L bracket is bent causing the metal ring around the cable to be angled and rub against the cable itself

heres the back L bracket for the rear cables and you can also see it is bent too causing the metal rings to rub on the cables too.
