You could get away with about a 100 shot + or - some. As long as you are on the stock tune you will be fine with timing. With our interface controller you wont have to worry about nozzle positioning or potentially needing a tune. The interface does all the tuning. The first problem you'll run into when running a dry shot will be maxing out your injectors. so keep an eye on them, as that will pretty much tell you how far you can go.

I was good to a 50 shot, anything above that I was lean. Logging using EFI live showed a 106% injector duty cycle (99-00 injectors are 26 #)
A wet kit I easily went to 150 (same day as the dry kit was tested).
I got a set of 42 delphis from HSW, now I can spray a decent size dry shot.

I went to 480 dyno verified rwhp with stock 28lb injectors and fuel pump and dry. Then went to 42lb injectors and seen the plus side of 600rwhp. the motors can handle a decent hit if you stay on top of the tune. My stock LS6 finally bent a rod and broke a ring land with 685rwtq after about 300 sprayed quarter passes. Start smallish and move up in size as your ready and knowledge base increases. Good luck

Interesting way to think about it, less mods I have the more my cycles my stock injectors have to compensate for a larger shot... the only things I plan to do with the shot is LW flywheel and underdrive pulley, headers maybe over the winter...

I have always been a fan of wet shots if not stand alone wet shot. If i was to do a dry shot more then 75hp i would get new injectors and fuel pump up or you may go BOOM. Also make sure your using the stock tune or one that pulls timing

One of our sponsors has a deal going where you can send in your injectors and get them cleaned, flow matched, and shipped to you for around $200. I'd check into that and get them up to 42, that will be more than enough for a 200+ dry shot, on a stock engine.

One of our sponsors has a deal going where you can send in your injectors and get them cleaned, flow matched, and shipped to you for around $200. I'd check into that and get them up to 42, that will be more than enough for a 200+ dry shot, on a stock engine.

Get the racetronix fuel pump with the hot wire kit to simplify installation(unless you're decent with doing your own wiring.)
Then get some sort of 42lb injector. I think Ford Racing injectors drop right in size wise...Not sure if they need a different plug or not.

every car is a bit different, start with a 50 and work your way up- keeping an eye on the A/F.
Change your fuel filter while you are doing all of this as well.

but I have the Microedge and Interface and I'm about to mount my nozzel in a smooth bellow post Maf. I wanted to know if its safe to set the Interface to 100 hp shot and pull 3 degrees of timing and go for it before i get my wideband set uo to check A/F? I have sprayed a 100 shot in the lid with the interface pulling timing and set at 50 shot with good effect with no adverse reaction!
