Just hit 50k miles. Stock bottom end with ARP ProSeries rod bolts.
Last fall I hit it with a 200 shot for a bottle's worth. Handled it fine. But then again it was only one bottle.
Likely staying with a 150 from now on.

Would a 175 shot be pushing it on a stock bottom end? I would have H/C and n2o tuned together.

If you have a good tune & fuel system, it should be fine. The stock bottem end can handle a 200 shot. My buddy has been shooting a 200 for 3 years

I know a guy who is running a Progressive 175 shot out here with a 75 off the line and a 100 shot at the sixty foot. He has TSP 5.3 Heads and a Custom Grind Cam 649/609 109 LSA and running 11.9 at 5,800 feet.

You will need another fuel pump or switch your out to a 255, and you might need bigger injectors. Not positive on the injectors but it probabley wouldnt be a bad idea at that point.

Almost a 150 shot on a mild H/C motor. Factory shortblock with 31k original miles on it.
