The 441 could be in the f-body, and the 346 in the vette, if it was MY 346, u would still have your work cut out for u. Stock bottom-end 346's go in the nines more than u think, and there is a 346 stock-bottom in a c5 VERY near u now, that has run 9.90 ON MOTOR w/ stock pistons, rods, and crank. The cubes speak torque, but u can't always go by cubes. Set-up of the car/trans/suspension can make all the difference. 500rwhp cars put away 600rwhp cars way more than u think. As an example, I know of one combination that switched from a 3400 stall to a 3800, no other changes whatsoever= 10.90 b4, 10.40 after (1.60 vs. 1.42 60'). U can be right on the money w/ a lot of things and still leave more than u could ever imagine on the table. The guy who didn't will wax your ass. And in case u think the example was a bad convertor, both were brand new convertors, yank and vigilante.

We all headed to the track yesterday but in route it rained out. Me and Cedric ha, he was going to make it fair and we were going to get it on. You can't expect the police to never show up.....a bystander driving through that area can easily play "boy scout" and call 'em up.

Back in he day the cops would come and we would move to another spot and continue where we left off......if they came to the second spot we moved to a third.....we often ended back up at the first spot again.

Tell ya'll what, we can strap a stock Z to the dyno and U tell me what u want it to read and I will make it happen. Provide u w/ a dyno graph that looks real too! As I said, dyno's vary a bit, and then there is the correction factor, temp sensor location, and so on. AND, I see dyno comparisons all the time w/ the favorable pull made at like 7am and the lower # pull made in the evening. Yeah, I know, correction factor my ass:D Cheating the dyno is easier than cheating on taco bell with mcdonalds. The 58o rwhp link is for real, the 605.......well let's just say that's the most I would ever believe w/o a "real" intake. And how do we verify compression and fuel used? BIG dyno #s SELL volumes of parts and pakages, and that's fine as long as the results posted are honest. I could have posted up 600rwhp when I made 589 w/ the ls7 3 years ago, by the time we made that pull, everyone but Geoff and I had left the shop. Who would have been the wiser? BTW, that 589hp had 554ftlbs to go with it;)

Hey lfsglass, you gotta lose money to get practice, just like we did, U dont get no special treatment. We cant just sit out there all night while U and whoever hot-lap all night. You can do it for $50 if you just learning, if you got change on the line you tend to do shit right, cuz u only got one shot. If you lose, then you go home and sleep on it then try again. Plus you the new peson in the Pyramid scheme, so pay your dues until its yo time to shine. Which shouldnt take long, cuz u startin out with bout 200 more Hp then most of us.

On the street my car dosent Hook like your car or Bricks, but if I get the susp to hook on the street like I hook at the track. I think I could make everyone make at my heavy ass car.

yeah you been in the lab thats kool. well im back on road again going to do a lil test and tuning now before i come on haynes. but i am back i plan on climbing the list fast.
