Default mounting ATI dampner to SDCE pulley

i recently bought a used P1SC and it came with an ati dampner and the SDCE setup. i do not have bolts that mount the sdce crank pulley to the ati dampner. can i use the standard ATI bolts? the standard bolts fit fine and it appears there are plenty of threads catching even with the little extra thickness of another pulley for the bolt to go through.

I have just normal grade 8 bolts ( I think 5/16 x 18 threads per inch) with lock washers holding my sdce pully to my ati dampner, with a little bit of blue lock tite.

sounds good. you don't know if the ati aluminum blower mount uses the same hardware as the sdce mount do you? i may have some of the bolts, washers/spacers but i am not sure if i have everything. i just didn't know if the sdce used different hardware.

Are you talking about the aluminum "J" bracket, that holds the head unit?

The crank pulley should be mounted using 3/8"-16 bolts.
I had my machinist finish drilling out the three holes on the super damper so I could use 3/8-16 x 1.5" stainless Socket head cap screws to hold it in place.
The ATI Damper used to come with these holes fully opened up, and in my case the hub still had the threaded holes for the bolts to go into.

Some people just get longer bolts and mount to the three holes the ATI damper uses to bolt to its hub. Just get good bolts, stainless or grade 8.8+ can be had for only a couple bucks.

yes, i am referring to the aluminum j-bracket that holds the headunit. i was curious if that used the same hardware that the sdce j-bracket uses?

The SDCE is nothing more than a modified ATI procharger J bracket. It uses the same mounting bolts. You will need 1 3/8"-16 x 1" Stainless Socket Head Cap Screw and 4 5/16"-18 x .75" Stainless Socket Head Cap Screw to mount the head unit to the bracket.

sweet. i guess i was referring to the mounting hardware of the J-bracket to the car but i assume it is the same stuff that procharger uses on their j-bracket. the brackets did look similar but i never compared that closely.

What other bolts do you need to know about?
I have a complete list of parts for mounting brackets to the motor and HU to bracket. If you'd like PM me your email and I can send you the Procharger 8 rib packing sheet which lists every bolt, nut, washer, and the other parts they send with the kits.

I think your gonna need more of those washers/spacers that are beside the all thread. I used 2 behind each standoff to get the correct spacing.

Edit: mines not sdce though so they might have gave you different standoffs.
