Default Head Porting

Does anyone know a respectable shop that does porting on LS1 heads? Preferably somewhere in MO or IL, but will entertain other places too

Thanks in advance

Call up Speed Inc. They're in Schaumburg, IL, and they use a kick *** head porter at RGR Performance Engines (Rich Groh Racing) that does porting for them.

Either TEA or Elliot Port Works, TEA the price is unbeatable for performance, Lloyd is very well respected, is a genius with 241 heads, has been in the game for decades.

maybe any place that cnc`s 5.3 heads can do your stock ls1 heads ... so just call and ask for the things you want only porting including disassembly and reassembling or if the price differs sending them bare heads only for porting and springs or bigger valves.

to me PRC from TSP or TEA and PRC for the lower price with great results.

maybe there are hand porters that are cheaper.

if you reuse your stock valves do a flow sheet to see the result ^_^
