What's so fun about them,I know nothing about stalls.. How they feel when you drive, take off or anything.. Can you feel it all the time?

Oh you can feel it but i better defer you to some of the guys on here with them. I can only say you hit the throttle and WOW with the right stall. I am sure some of the guys will chime in shortly with better descriptions than my WOW but thats how i feel when I drive a stalled car .

Still stalled will blow your mind, Imagine always being in the sweet spot of the power band no matter what, No waiting to climb into it like with the stock converter or and M6 just always instantly being there when you nail it.

I still think the M6 overall is more fun to drive, but a stalled car really launches nice and is usually faster.

I've always loved manuals, but a stall is interesting..If I could really feel how it drives that would make my decision up instantly..

well since your not going to drag it.I suggest buy the fbody you always wanted and be done with.
for instance me I would have waited both times on my car purchases to get the following:ss-som, hardtop,1sc,6spd.and just baby it

I have auto and 6spd.

manual
1.more fun
2.people think your car is faster cause its manual
3.better gas mileage

auto
1.easier on parts
2.great for the track,(this does not include you)
3.great for lazy people (like me)

I only feel the WOW in the first 60' at the track.since you dont drag it, dont wast your money.your gonna spend what $500-800 if you do the install your self, just to go to the grocery store,to get a little better street manners (with a tune).my ss3600 is so good you wont even know there is a stall in there with daily driving,as soon as you let go of the gas it creeps foward

I've had about 6 diff f bodys 2 A6 3 A4 1 A3. all the autos were stalled.
The cars w o/d are great around town with a good tune. Just make sure the lock up is disengaged before you try to punch race anyone or you'll get embarrassed.

Do you enjoy rowing the boat in stop and go traffic? Do you enjoy roasting your tires and not going anywhere? Get a M6.
Do you like an instant snap when you hit the throttle? Do you enjoy wasting M6 vehicles? Do you have other things to do with your right hand while you drive (like your female passenger)? Get a stalled A4.

I think the best thing you should do is to find a local with a stalled auto, and go for a ride. Ive never been in a stock stalled car, but i absolutely LOVE my built trans, 3.73s and a Performabuilt 9.5" 4000rpm stall.

Call edge racing converters they will build you one for exactly what you are doing and planning to do with your car. thats what I have now and I love it great price too. If your not planning on caming it I wouldn't go over 2800. I got a friend w stock cam & a 2600 & 100 shot, car runs strong as hell.

I think the owners name is adrian he'll be the one you will talk to for choosing whats best for you. Take his advise & use it. He didn't let me down.
