Is it possible to use the stock brakes with a Moser 12 bolt? Im getting mixed answers. Moser said no. The local speed shop said yes with some machining the to the caliper bracket. I cant see how Moser could make this rearend without the use of stock brakes. Do you guys have any answers for me??? This is for a 97 transam not my truck.

My 99 SS has a Moser 12 bolt and it has stock brakes. Contact Rapid Motorsports or any of the sponsors.

Stock brakes with my Moser 12 here too. LT1 brakes could be a different story though. I'm sure somebody on CZ28.com would know better.

my moser 12 bolt has the stock z06 brakes on it, with powerslot rotors which all fit factory placements

My o2 SS has a Moser and stock brakes as well.

i bought my M12 from a guy who used it on a LT1 car, for my LS1 car (i just swapped the stock LT parts for my stock LS parts) So either or LT or LS,, stock should work fine with no modification at all.

Moser told you no??
