Default Your LS-F/I rwhp

Just thought it would be interesting to see where the average LS-F/I set-ups are at in the power range. Not sure if it's been done but I didn't find anything like it so just pick your power level.

Havn't been able to swap the converter yet so the only numbers I have now is the 798 pull with it flashing to 6300 and blowing through the converter. The fuel system is good for 950rwhp and I'm maxing out the 80lb injectors at 114% so I'm guessing it should be at least in the 900s with a more efficient converter. We are guessing it's about 1200 at the crank, getting it to dyno high may be an issue with the th400 but I'm not too concerned, I just want to get it to the track with the right converter and see what it does. Converter is in the works within the next month.

Have you ran yours at the track yet? Looks like it's putting out some real good numbers but it's pretty heavy. I hope that 4l60e is built strong cause it ain't going to like your power plant lol.

Come on guys, 165 views and only 18 votes? If you have FI just put your vote in. This isn't to see who makes the most power, every set-up is different with different purposes, DD to race. A 400rwhp DD is something to be proud of. I'm just wanting to see where the most people are at. If I had to guess I would think in the 400s-500s.

It is going back to the dyno soon with the 80lb injectors. Last time we had to stop at 12.5 lbs due to the 60lbers being maxed at 110%. It made 770rwhp @ 12.5lbs.

Its pullied for about 18lbs so the guess would be in the 850rwhp area.
2.95 blower pulley and 8" crank on a Ysi

This car will never see a drag strip......built for street and road race use.

I have start up vid you posted along time ago I love how that thing sounded!

To the op I have 60# mortons how are you that high in the duty cycle of those 80's ? the reason I ask because im in the process of reachin 1k to the wheels and dont really want to run dual injectors. But sweet ride mine is a butt mount for now in tired of it the next build is stupid

Yeah, we're not really sure either. It is making 26psi so it's not surprizing they are maxed, what's surprizing is that the dyno is reading so low. We think the engine is making a lot more than what the dyno is showing most likely due to the super loose converter. It's got to be just blowing through the converter. We'll see as soon as the new converter goes in.

Just over 600 at the moment, car is not a "daily driver".
Have not been to the track much due to the stock short block and 10bolt, its more of a cruise to car shows, mess around on the street type of deal.
New setup with more boost is in process, and should be done next spring

I WAS running 100# injectors on C16. Ran out of injector in the 900hp range. To reach 1000+ had to switch to 160#ers and different fuel pump. Max'd the twins at about 1050rwhp. This year with the 106MM turbo, we'll be going to dual injectors (both the 100 and 160's) to be able to run E-98. The car is run by AEM so we'll be able to progressively add the 100#'s to the 160's when (or if) we need them. We hoping to reach the 1400rwhp with the small 370ci iron block (stock crank). We run a very safe tune. Can't afford a new engine. (This is still with a T-400, and a 3550# car)

I haven't been to the dyno, but I'd say 550-600rwhp with 10lbs of boost.

Forged 6.0 w/ twin 57's... I plan to complete return fuel system and max my 2-bar. Shooting for 800whp. Averaging about 60hp/lb. so I should be good!
Currently making 668whp/682wtq @ 10psi

Certainly some friggin monsters on this board! I can't wait to see what your new setup does David!!!

I'm hoping mine goes over 800 rw with some Patriot Gold Extreme springs....the hp starts to fall off at 6k even tho the boost keeps climbing. And if I can get some issues sorted out I'm hoping to go run a 9 this weekend, but it aint looking promising at the moment.
