MAF or SD on conversion in mild build?
I'm putting the final touches on my LS1 to C3 Corvette conversion.
My engine was missing an MAF and IAT -- trying to decide whether I need to just get an IAT and run speed density, or which MAF to get - stock or one of the newer, larger ones with IAT built in.
The engine is pretty much stock with the exception of a set of Kooks F-body LT headers, a 224/228 113+1 .595 cam, springs, and pushrods. I'm running a 4L60E with a Vig 3200 converter.
I have a copy of HPTuners and a wideband O2 - although I'll have to purchase some credits to enable the custom speed density OS if it's worthwhile for my application.
Any opinions would be appreciated.
