I am shopping for a new oil pump and after reading an old thread someone said the melling pump had too much oil pressure with the high pressure spring. He said 60 at idle and a 100 at higher RPM. Is this right and is that too much

I have that pump and have 20 at idle lol. I'm taking it apart so I can't tell you until tomorrow.

I have that one, 40 hot idle and 80ish hot WOT.That is with 10w30.
