Manual Transmission - 3rd adn 4th gear are gone! help

i was racing a GTO on the highway, and when i was done with the race the car got stuck in 4th gear. after struggling with it for a while i finally just forced it out of gear. and after that only 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 6th work. i can get it into 3rd or 4th but its hell trying to get it out. what do you think happen?

You broke the 3-4 shift keys inside the 3-4 slider assembly.

Get some Billet Keys..they will help you.
