What octane fuel would I need?

What octane fuel would I need? I'm looking at head combos on summit, and I found this patriot combo. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PAR-8402/
Well the combustion chamber volume is 59cc, so that would throw me in the 11.3-11.4CR range right? The heads are also aluminum. I'm also in CA so the highest octane we have is 91, and around me the most is 110 octane? But it's probably around $8/gal now. I was also looking into the texas stg 2.5 5.3 head, but I want a head combo that comes with everything, or almost.
