Default What do you guys think??

So today I went to a junkyard to get a new t-top for my car, when I came across a T/A. It had a stock set of 16 inch chrome wheels. As I was talking to a guy I know about buying the t-tops, he said he would sell me all four wheels for $80.

I have a 99 Z/28 with the stock wheels and since I don't have a very high income I had them powder coated black. They work just fine for me..

Anyway long story short I went ahead and bought the wheels because $80 is a good deal! (He even threw in some free tires.)

I'm still pretty new to LS1 world, and I always see people putting Corvette wheels on their f-bodies, sooo why not put T/A wheels on a Camaro??

Let me know what you guys think?? Personally I like the way they look on my car. It's something different.

Took the pictures with my cell phone.. Quality isn't the best.

By the way... This is my first thread.

Not something I would do but hey, it's your car. I think your stock 5 stars in black looked better. Trans-am guys can sometimes get away with camaro wheels but we can't quite pull it off. If you like it though, thats all that matters.

I used to have Firebird wheels on my 94. I think they looked a lot better than Salad Shooters.

Although I dont think it looks "that good". If the wheels are in good shape, $80 was a steal. Stock chrome wheels sell for a few hundred if they're clean.

not an appealing rim, but heck for 80 bucks it definitely was a steal. i would actually put the rims u had on than the shitty 16" snowflakes i had on my car..
