Default 00' 4l60e into 94' model????

Hey guys, I bought a transmission for my dads 94' S10 2.2L 4 cylinder. Well his truck has the one piece bellhousing 4l60e and I bought one from a 2000 model with the 2 piece bell housing and it is also the 4l60e. Is there any way to make this work. I did no research before i bought it and now I'm stuck with this transmission. Does anyone know if it will work. Please let me know what you guys think. It bolts up the same but unsure if I have to change the pinouts to make it work. Help me pleeeeaaaassse.

It will work, the pinouts are the same on all 60's. The only thing I would be worried about is that you can't swap converters. Im not sure if the hubs are the same size and the new converter might not slide in all the way into the crank. And also that converter is going to be 20x tighter then the 4 cylinder one, so its going to be even more of a turd then before.

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna try the swap and see what it does. The 2 piece bellhousing 4l60e I bought is also from an S10 4 cylinder 2.2L, but it's from a 2000' model. I'm gonna cross my fingers.

Ohh, ok, thought it was from a v8 truck. It should work then.
