Question Headlights?

Who makes the brightest headlight bulbs for our cars, and what is the part number?

Piaa makes the brightest bulbs which are there EXtreme White Plus Line. They do offer higher temperature bulbs but as far as being brighter no bulb have I seen that can out shine a PIAA Extreme White plus. Has far as model number I cant remember but youll need sizes 9006 and 9005 for high and low beams.

are the headlights relayed directly to the battery for maximum power?
