Default need help!! think we may have a blown head gasket

my cousin has a 98 t/a we have started to notice about to or three oil changes ago a yellowish sludge in the bend of the oil filler neck and on the inside of the cap so i took the filler off and there is none from what i can see on the head and it is relatively clean looking for the miles 103,000 but i took the throttle body off and it is also in the line coming from the valve cover to the throttle body and was in the throttle body but the oil is not milky like normal blown head gaskets and there is really no coolant loss but we clean it off and every oil change it is back i changed the oil cap thinking the seal was messed up but it still doing it thanks for the help

not having any moisture out of the tail pipes just occasionally a little puff of white/blueish smoke when it starts up after sitting a while

check your pcv, it doesn't sound like a blown head gasket. Sometimes water vapors from fuel can cause the milky film under the oil cap.

Is it getting hot enough for the h2o produced from combustion process to vaporize??? Short trips will do this and is tough on the oil.... T-stat stuck open?
