Default Drilling the Oil Pan

Can I heli coil the passenger side bolt hole in the oil pan where the bell housing attaches without leaking oil?

If I read that correctly, there's no oil being held in by that bolt. The bolt connecting the bell housing to the oil pan is for support.

I think he stripped the bolt hole into the oilpan. Not sure how much structure is around that hole.
