there are write ups all over the net, you should search for them. Its a lot to type out.

agree'd thats the one I used. also do a search on here, Im sure you can find other peoples install.

Goodluck man. I didnt my first gear swap a couple weeks ago, and it was bad but i couldnt get the damn pinion shim right!
