Default which cam should i use

I have a 1999 Camaro Z28 with 88,000 miles about to put in an Ls6 manifold and ported throttle body, I have an SSRA, Slp lid, K&N Filter, also have 3" long tube headers with 3" pipe going to 3" cutout. front 18x9.5" rear 19x10" tires...

my question is what kind of cam would you recommend? I was kinda thinking the MS3 or something similar to that... if cam was to be swapped what else would yall recommend to replace?

What exactly are your goals for the car? Track/street/dd? If you want some options with comparable gains, you might look at TSP's 233/239, Vengeance's VRx5 or Speed Inc.'s SI6. There are many others, but these are a few... Custom grind cam is likely the best way to go though IMO.

Don't forget Flowtech they make some pretty mean cams either their AZPS01/02. 01 (about 400rwhp w/ set up)or 02(450 whp w/ set up). The first great torque doesn't dyno so well but great drive ability, the 02 great Dyno numbers but drive ability is gonna suffer a bit but not to the point you won't want to drive it.

Again you have to be more specific in what your application is going to be. What is your final combo going to be are we talking automatic, stick, exhaust intake. There are a hell of a lot of mitigating factors that go into choosing a cam.

I have an M6 and it is a Daily driver. I would like to have a came to give me 400HP if possible... someone on the camaroz28 forum suggested F13 or F14 cam.. I would also put LS6 oil pump on, LS2 timing chain, new pushrods, srings, retainers and locks as well.
