Why are you looking for NOS specifically? I have the HSW plate and it is great looking and hits very hard. There are also other forum sponsors with great plate kits too.

We have a plate for all LS style intakes. 78mm, 90mm, 92mm and anything in between can be custom made. All are available in single and dual stage. Click the red lettering that says "view large" and it will show a large version of the correct plate.

I think if you take a look at the video of how each plate introduces the mix into the plenum, you would see which one is best for you. I chose the HSW plate due to the 360° spray pattern for the best distribution and atomization in our front entrance style intakes.
