Looking for help or advice on setting lifter pre-load to .030 using yella terra ultralites and a comp cam. This will be my first time and dont quite understand the pre-load thing so dumb it down if you could with any advice and special tools i will need thanks in advance.

Step 1. Set wipe pattern/geometry of rocker.

Step 2. Measure for lifter preload.

Note: Don't follow LS1howto or YT instructions.
