Anyway to attach 4-pt belts without Harness Bar or Cage?

I've seen them mounted directly to the floor behind the seat but not a good idea. If you are going to do a 4-5 point harness, use with a harness bar or roll bar/cage crossbar for the best results.

They made the floor mount illegal because it was causing more damage than the crash.
Plus a lot more material to stretch, fray, or fail.
It's very hard on your spine. Without a cage, a 3 point is probably?? the safest system??

Thanks for the responses. I did hear that it was unsafe to mount them directly on the floor and that they should stick straight out. Jus' why does it have to be mounted closely? Couldn't I mount them near the hatch where those two clips are? I don't care about not being able to seat passengers in the back because of this. Anyone?
