Default What's a reasonably cheap cam I can run in an LQ9 ?

putting pieces together for a 96 Caprice swap, T56 and pro'ly 4.10s. doing this motor on a shoe-string. Save some powder, ya know. Anyway, this is what I've got;

LQ4 block 317 heads
LQ9 rotating ***'ly
to be acquired - LS1 intake, rails, FI etc.

So what would be a decent cam I could get used here on the forum ? LS1 F-body ? run my LQ4 cam ? or one of the bigger bumpstix in the 4sale section and buy some springs ?

thx in advance.

Thx for the input adam. I went overboard and did a deal on something aggressive thanks to a couple members selling stuff on the forum. I hope it dont blow up in my face
