Arrow help with piston / valve clearance

Hey guys I need a little advice here. I'm about to do a head and cam swap on a stock ls1 bottom end. I have ported 243's unmilled with dual springs to install. Can I run the ms4 cam with these heads without having to get valve reliefs cut in the pistons? Would I be better off just running a cam with less lift so that I can use the thinner cometic head gaskets and bump up the compression ratio? Any advice will be appreciated.

if i'm not mistaken, duration is what you need to look at for piston clearance. I think you would need to flycut but im not sure. i had to fly cut, its not all that difficult.

Lift @ 050 has nothing to do with PTV clearance.
MS4 needs flycut with anything that has bigger valves.
