Default Which lq4 motors were different as far as the trans mounting up

I am trying to find out which 6.0 motors had the crank or something that stuck out further.

the 00-01 had a thicke crank flange, u wont be able to use a t56, but a th350/400 works excellent with hughes flexplate

It's actually the 99-00's that had the longer crank snout, and iron heads. The 01+ 6.0's all had the normal length crank.

it changed somewhere in the middle of '01. as a general rule, if it has aluminum heads then its the short flange.
