Question Need help with a clutch install nightmare1!

I have a 02 ws-6 and i just spent hours trying to install my new centerforce dual friction clutch with new flywheel. I bought new piliot and release bearings also. I have a service manual and i was suppose to fill up with grease and put a tight fiting shaft in to force out the bearing. No luck! 3 hours later with a puller and pry bar. Seised in there bad!! Now i messed up the plug inside of the bearing with the grease and bolt way. It pushed that frost plug in about half an inch. Is this real bad???????? Also the clutch slave cylinder seal is pushed out. I can't get it in, it's in two pieces. The rubber and the little metal ring. When i tried to put it back in the rubber pushes the ring out!!!! Can this be fixed? Is there a seal i can put back in or do i have to buy the whole slave cylinder?????? New to this and need help!!!!!!!!
