I have a 2004 GTO LS1 w/4L60E conversion in my 95 YJ I just completed and you can find most of the information you will need for your conversion from NOVAK ADAPTERS in Utah. there web site is http://www.novak-adapt.com/ .The only major issues I had was that when I started my project (3 yrs.ago) not many people had done the LS1 to YJ conversion. Every one was doing the TJ'S. so there wasn'nt any real good information on the motor mounts. We actually worked with NOVAK to modify their existing mounts so that they would work with this application. It took an extra 3-5 months comunicating and fabricating to get that part right but everything worked fine after that. CJ7 and YJ are very simmilar so you shouldn't have too many problems. Good luck!
