How could that be done without doing heads and cam.
op, I don't think you can do it.

If I did underdrive pulley, elec. water pump, cutout,
I still wouldn't be close to that.

anyone else have input on this.

I would consider nitrous a bolt on, there is your answer. No other way with a stock LS1 bolt on only.

Well....technically speaking you bolt on a set of heads, and a cam gets bolted into place...lol

Bolt on a supercharger, or a nice 100+ shot with every bolt-on imaginable, and then you'll see 450+rwhp. But, S/C's and nitrous aren't considered bolt-ons. So, technically, it's not possible.

Full Bolt-ons and a 100-shot, with a dyno tune.

And contrary to what many say your motor should last a very long time.

I think the highest rwhp ever in a bolt-on car was like ~370rwhp. You won't come anywhere close.

No sane individual would ever consider nitrous to be anything close to a bolt-on. Bolt-ons are replacement parts. You replace stock iron manifolds and better scavenging headers. You replace the stock exhaust with less restrictive exhaust. You replace the stock throttle body with a ported throttle body. And so on. You're replacing a stock part with a better part that simply "bolts" into place, hence bolt-on. Last time I checked, these cars don't come with nitrous stock.

^^^ Look harder...

No but really... What bolt on's are there:

Intake Manifold
Throttle Body
CIA
Headers
Cat-back
Pulleys
Electric water pump
Electric power steering

... Any others?

I would say with EVERYTHING you'd get to about 350RWHP. Maybe...

Engine Bolt-ons? Roller rockers, ported MAF, bellows, 160 stat/fan switch, TB Bypass.

Nitrous is like a "bolt-on". An LS7 is like a "bolt-in".
But seriously, no bolt-ons will get you 400rwhp prob wont even get you 400hp @ the crank.
