Default A 4000 stall converter in a 200-4R vs. one in a 4L60E, any difference?

Will a 4000 stall converter in a 200-4R be any different than one in a 4L60E? If I remember correctly, the gearing between the 2 are slightly different, but does that have any affect on the way its going to feel or perform? Also...Im not sure which gearing is better between the 2, but say the 4L60E had the better gearing...would I need to go up to a 4200 to have the same feel as a 4L60E would with a 4000? Most of the talk about converter relates to the 4L60E so this is why the concern. Thanks in advance.
