Local Chevy Dealer (or any GM Dealer) will get you OEM/Delco part.. you can try GMPartsDirect.com.
For many of the bolt, you can go to your locla Hardware store and pick up something that will work. If don't know the correct spec's, you check the FAQ, there is a page that lists the bolts by size.
