How to raise low boost setting with sts kit??

How to raise low boost setting with sts kit?? Built engine almost done I wanted it to be around 9psi on low side and 12-14 when I hit the switch. I know I can do the high setting by turning there included valve. Do I need to replace the wastegate spring? what pound if so?
