Default F-Body Exhaust Manifold 3 bolt flange drawings

I was fortunate to get some pdf files of the exhaust manifold 3 bolt flanges for the Camaro and TransAm. I believe they are for the 2000 to 2002 manifolds. I have a set of 2001 manifolds, and these dimensions fit my manifolds. I am currently looking into a metal fabrication shop to make a set for me. I am installing a 2000 5.3 truck motor into a Monte Carlo front stub welded to my 1955 Chevy Truck. I am using the F-Body oil pan setup and exhaust manifolds. I am going with the MSD box and carbed intake setup.

I've got some flanges I cut off of a stock exhaust system. They'd be great to build your new system off of. If you want them for $20 + shipping, let me know.

I agree just go to a salvage yard and have them cut off the cats or buy the ones above. It will be much cheaper than a shop fabbing them from scratch. Unless you plan to have them produced in quanity and start selling them yourself.

Yeah, I agree. I have been looking for a set all over here in Kansas City, but the F-body cars I have found they cut the exhaust at the Y pipe joint. I will try and purchase the set listed above. Thanks for the advice!

fasteddy51, thank you for your post, those pdf's are coming in very handy. I am going to have some exhaust manifold flanges made as it is damn hard to find any off an old Y-pipe.

I'm having the same problem. I have the manifolds, but nothing past, so I'm making my own.
