Help me make a clutch replacement parts list..

Help me make a clutch replacement parts list.. I'm looking at replacing my clutch, but don't know what all I will need. I don't have money for the Tick MC right now but will get it as soon as I do.. how hard is it to install after the clutch install??
Parts list:
1. Monster lvl 3 premium
2. Poly trans/ torque arm mounts??
3. ????

Well, JUST for a clutch replacement all you need is what comes with the Level 3 Premium...fly, disc, PP, PB, slave, and alignment tool.
Now is the time to add a remote bleeder as well would be the only thing I would say is "necessary" with a clutch replacement.
You can always change out mounts later on (especially if tight on $$$).
