Default Combustion chamber size?

I'm about to order a set of Trickflow 215's. The question is what size combustion would work the best with 93 octane with my mods?
Thanks

They are 64cc out of the box before additional milling. That will net you about 10.7:1 with a GM MLS head gasket. You could run a .040" Cometic gasket keep them at the 64cc chamber and net about 11.0:1 static compression. That'll be nice for the extra power from the compression as well as the tighter quench (helps to ward off detonation.)

Let me know if I can help. We typically keep a few sets of the TFS heads in stock and ready to ship, and offer price matching

I am looking to get them milled, Just wondering how much is too much for 93 octane before I would run in to knock and have to pull timing?

I left mine at 64cc. I've read that the gains from increasing the compression are often offset by a reduction in flow. And there was also the time factor. I was ready to get on the road!
