Being the cheap punk I am, I am unhappy with the stock shifter in my 95, at first I was dead set on buying a pro 5.0, but I was wondering if I could just swap/cut the stick for something shorter and change the ball to something different, just to hold me off.

So what I'm really looking for is if anyone has done their own short throw?

Some pics/specs would be nice, as well as commentary
