Default Connector C100 Pin N, "Ignition 3 Voltage"??

I'm reworking an engine harness out of a 2000 (or 2001, not exactly sure) Silverado 2500 6.0L LQ4/4L80e, and I've got a question on one of the connectors. Per lt1swap.com, pin N on connector C100 is a brown wire labeled 'Fused Ignition Positive Source' (or 'Ignition 3 Voltage' for a 2001), from circuit 241. Anyone have any idea what this is for, and if it is needed?

Edit: Don't tell me to do a search, I've printed out just about everything ls1tech's got, plus a bunch from lt1swap.com. Thanks.

Hmm, maybe that is the mystery plug I have on my 2002 Silverado 1500 harness. it looks identical to the knock sensor plug, but Im not sure what it is for. Did you email Brendan from lt1swap? He has been able to help me with a couple questions I had.

according to http://lt1swap.com/vortec_truck_pinouts/1999.htm C100 Pin N goes to "Fused Ignition 3 Feed (Gas) - Front Axle Actuator Switch" I cant imagine it being used, but if you are worried about it, throw your harness on, wire it up and throw some tuning software on the ECU to see if there are any error codes.

you know what, i had previously emailed him about c100, but totally forgot. here's his reply:

i'll usually cut the c100 off completely, and then run the wires where they need to go.

C needs 12v+ key, to supply power to pcm and transmission
D is a 4000 pulse output, only needed if you want to use a cruise box, or factory style speedometer
H serial data, dk green, goes to diagnostic port pin 2. serial data on M is not needed.
R not sure what that is, probably dont need it.
meaning N is gone, plus i can remove the yellow serial data line (M) - which i also forgot about.

yeah, right after i made that post, i went outside to look under the hood of my 94 fullsize to check C100, I must have not been paying attention while stripping down my harness, I still have all the wires on C100, minus the yellow (M), idk what the hell I was thinking lol. I think I need to pull it out and finish stripping it.

So what I can't figure out is I have 03 Harness I am reworking. In Slot C I have Brown Wire. LT1 Swap says that would be +12v for pcm and trans. But that it would be pink.
My Wire is brown , and alldate says Ignition 3 Voltage. So Wtf do I think now. All I can see is it goes from C100 to a plug. The truck was 2x4 , and I see circuit 241 is 4x4 related. Any help I need it asap...
