Considering that its good to change the fuel filter every 10,000-15,000 miles just because they are so damn cheap and easy to change.....I think at 145,000 miles...you're ready

Idle Air Control (IAC)

Spray the **** outta the MAF with MAF cleaner.

But dude....I think its the filter. I would do that first, it'll take you 5 minutes to change and its like $15.00.

Then mess with the injectors.

So, your going to swap out a set of stock injectors for another set of stock injectors?

Stock is not a 36 or a 42... You think nothing is going to happen if you just put those bigger injectors in, and dont change your IFR (Injector flow rate) table?

Just put an oil catch pan under it or one towel. I just let whatever gas comes out go right on the driveway. Every time I've changed one all 11+ years I literally get a little dribble, like maybe enough to fill a shot glass.

Just do it.

Changing injectors is ridiculous..before trying a simple fuel filter.
