Car bogs if AC is on

Car bogs if AC is on I have only noticed this with the AC going. It feels like the fuel pump isn't working and it just kinda cuts out and bogs down (almost like its about to stall because I am letting the clutch out and not giving it gas). I am giving it plenty of gas. The problem only happens occasionally from a dead stop.
Any of you Gurus have any ideas?
