Tail lights and park lights wont come on?

Tail lights and park lights wont come on? daytime running lights wont come on, and when i turn my headlights on the tail lights dont light up, blinkers and brake lights work and bulbs are ok but... they dont work. I have a headlight out but i dont think that would do it, and i just did H.I.D's so could it be a fuse? if so which one? thanks
