LQ4 build help?'s Hi guys,
Im new to the LS platform. I have a 00 SS with a 6speed and I am installing a LQ4 in it. I need the car to be able to drive every day and be reliable. I would like to get around 400rwhp on this with some custom tuning with a nice idel.
I was thinking of running a GM hot cam with ls6 springs in the 317 heads. I have long tube headers and open exhuast. Do you think this cam can get me to were I want to be? If not, can I get some suggestions on the build on what I will need to hit my goal.
I may be adding a turbo later on so that why I would like to keep the 9.4 compression.
