Default OE Wheels: What's the status on the 18/18 & 17/17 combos?

I was going to PM you guys but I'm sure most people are interested as well. So what's the dealio? Specifically, I was interested in a 17x9/17x10.5 or 11 C5 Deep Dish and still undecided as to what finish.

Thanx

They have stated numerous times the 18" front would be ready around the end of the year if all goes well & they have never even mentioned making the 17x11 yet. It took long enough to talk them into making the 18" front. So my guess would be the only hopes of a 17x11 rear is if they sell the **** outta the 18's & it makes them feel secure in spending the money to make the 17x11's.

Otherwise I doubt it happens.

This is a great thread. We have had a lot of interest from members in the 18x9.5 so we are in the process of creating the mold. This is the first time we have allowed an entitiy outside of OE Wheels to truly determine modifications to a product. Congrats Ls1tech members. We are going to see how this goes, and as Mike said, "if we sell the sh..". Well, you know what he said. If we sell alot of them, we might venture into other sizing for you guys.

Once I receive any other updates, you guys will be the first to know! Thanks for posting 02

Would love to get a set of c5 deep dish gun metal with stainless lip 18x9.5 frt and 18x10.5 rears. I was gonna get the 17/18 set up but i like the look of all 18s 9since i have 18s all around now. I dont care for the 18x10.5 all around either. I think staggered lip setup looks best. LMK if you can make this set up too.

Sounds good Lance, when the times comes and ive got the funds. Im actually thinking of just combining the 18x8.5front (from 18/19 combo) C6 ZO6 Deep Dish in chrome with the 18x10.5rear (from the 17/18 combo.)

No plan right now to make the C6 Z06 DD in 18x9.5 since we do offer the 18x8.5.

I'd like to see the 18x8.5/10.5 set up on a vehicle.

I'll be waiting for the 18x9.5 fronts ;-)
It's much easier to find a front in a 35 sidewall with 18's, seems no one makes a 17 that way...

C'mon, you know OE Wheels is cheap and easy as it is.

I'll start a thread when the 18x9.5s are a month away. I'll have pricing in it and the option to pre-order. 50% of my pms are pre-order requests as it is.

Will you be selling it as singles/pairs for those that already have the 17/18 combo?

The C5 Deep Dish are being manufactured right now in 18x9.5 and will be available soon.

You guys can call 1-866-273-3651 and we can put together a set-up ANY WAY you want it, even 18x10.5 all the way around. As long as we have them, you can get 4 of them any way you want.

As far as sizing options in other wheels, we haven't made any decisions yet. We will probably see how the 18x9.5s do before we open up other sizing options.

Like they have stated several times, within the next few months the wheels should be ready to buy & ship out.
